This privacy policy explains how Botkassa, an app by Ruberg Dev (“we”, “us”), handles your information. By using Botkassa you accept the practices described here.

Information we collect

Botkassa requires an account. To provide the app, we collect:

• Account details: your email address, a display name and an optional profile picture.
• Team data you create: fine boxes, members and their names, fines, fine types and seasons.
• Images you upload, such as a profile picture or images attached to feedback you send us.
• A notification token for your device, used to send you fine and team notifications.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to provide and improve Botkassa — to run your account, store the content you create, and send the notifications the app offers. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking.

Where your data is stored

Your account, team data and uploaded images are stored in our database and file storage at Supabase.

Third-party services

We only share data with the providers needed to run the app:

• Supabase — Authentication, database and file storage for your account and team data.
• Expo push-varslingstjeneste — Delivers push notifications to your device.
• Apple — Distributes the app through the App Store.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, or to delete your account and its associated data, contact us at contact@rubergdev.com. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

Children's privacy

Botkassa is not directed at children under the age required by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
