Do I need an account?
Yes. HaloReply is a logged-in service (workspace) where you create and manage your chatbots.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes, for the chat responses themselves (BYOK). The knowledge base is always built with a fixed, managed model to keep search stable.
Which websites can be crawled?
Only publicly available pages on one domain you provide. HaloReply respects robots.txt and does not fetch pages behind a login.
