Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Botkassa (“the app”), developed and operated by Ruberg Dev (Simen Ruberg, Norway). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Subscription

Some features in Botkassa require a paid subscription, purchased through the App Store and handled by our payment provider on our behalf.

• Renewal: The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Payment: Charged to your App Store account on confirmed purchase, and again on automatic renewal.
• Cancellation: The subscription is managed and cancelled in your App Store settings — not in the app. Deleting the app or your account does not automatically end the subscription.
• Refunds: Handled by Apple in line with their policies. Ruberg Dev cannot itself refund purchases made through the App Store.

We reserve the right to change which features require a subscription, as well as prices for new subscription periods — price changes are announced in line with Apple's requirements before they take effect for existing subscribers.

Your use

• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the content you enter into the app.
• You must not use the app for illegal purposes.
• You must not attempt to bypass payment gates or security mechanisms in the app.

Intellectual property

The app, including its design, code and content (except your own user content), is owned by Ruberg Dev. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”, without warranty that it is free of errors or always available. Ruberg Dev is not liable for indirect losses or damages resulting from use of the app. This does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under Norwegian law that cannot be waived by agreement.

Changes and discontinuation of the service

We may update the app, change functionality, or ultimately discontinue the service. You will be notified in the app of material changes. You can stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account. See the privacy policy for how.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will be sought resolved amicably; failing that, they belong before the Norwegian courts, unless mandatory consumer legislation says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as needed. Continued use of the app after a material change is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
