Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of HaloReply (“the app”), developed and operated by Ruberg Dev (Simen Ruberg, Norway). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Subscription

Some features in HaloReply require a paid subscription, purchased and billed directly through our payment provider Stripe.

• Renewal: The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the period ends.
• Payment: Charged to the card you register with Stripe on confirmed purchase, and again on automatic renewal.
• Cancellation: The subscription is managed and cancelled in the customer portal in the dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewal, and you keep access for the rest of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds: We do not generally offer refunds for an already-elapsed subscription period. Contact us if something went wrong and we'll take a look.

We reserve the right to change which features require a subscription, as well as prices for new subscription periods. Price changes are announced well ahead of taking effect for existing subscribers.

Your use

• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the content you enter into the app.
• You must not use the app for illegal purposes.
• You must not attempt to bypass payment gates or security mechanisms in the app.

Intellectual property

The app, including its design, code and content (except your own user content), is owned by Ruberg Dev. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”, without warranty that it is free of errors or always available. Ruberg Dev is not liable for indirect losses or damages resulting from use of the app. This does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under Norwegian law that cannot be waived by agreement.

Changes and discontinuation of the service

We may update the app, change functionality, or ultimately discontinue the service. You will be notified in the app of material changes. You can stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account. See the privacy policy for how.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will be sought resolved amicably; failing that, they belong before the Norwegian courts, unless mandatory consumer legislation says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as needed. Continued use of the app after a material change is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
